SKILLS SESSIONS FOR GIRLS ONLY 6 to 8 YEARS OLD
MWBA’S Little Opals, is designed to provide 6 to 8 year old Girls a 1 hour lesson per week to help introduce them to basketball skills, followed by short scrimmage game to help them implement the skills they have learnt, in a game situation.

Term 4: Saturday 21st October to 9th December, 2023 (8 weeks)
Time: 1:30 to 2:30 pm
Venue: Northern Beaches Indoor Sports Centre, Jacksons Road Warriewood, NSW, 2102
Term Dates 2024
Term 1 2024| 17th February to 13th April, 2024 (Does not include Sat 30th March(Easter Sat)). Booking online from 15th January, 2024
Term 2 2024| 11th May to 29th June, 2024. Booking online from 8th April, 2024
Term 3 2024| 3rd August to 21st September, 2024. Booking online from 24th June, 2024
Term 4 2024| 26th October to 14th December, 2024. Booking online from 23rd September, 2024
COST
Little Opals runs for 8 weeks every Saturday during the school Term and is 1 hour per sesssion. It is only open to the first 20 girls.
$120 for returning participant (8 week program only)
$170 for starter pack and 8 week program. (starter pack includes ball and reversible black & white singlet used in our basketball competitions)
Active Kids Voucher(AKV)s can be used for this program.
How To Use The Active Kids Voucher:
Book into program
- Reply to the email from Trybooking confirming your successful booking.
- Attach the actual voucher to the email and please supply the participants Date Of Birth so that MWBA can claim the voucher with Service NSW.
- Once we have claimed the voucher with Service NSW, MWBA will refund the value of the voucher back through Trybooking, on the card used for the original transaction.
Please Note:
- MWBA will not be responsible for any AKV that are not received on time.
- Vouchers are non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN ONCE THE PROGRAM HAS STARTED.
MAKE-UP CLASSES ARE NOT OFFERED FOR MISSED SESSIONS.
WHAT TO WEAR & BRING
- Please wear reversible singlet and runners with non-marking soles.
- A filled water bottle with your name & mobile number clearly marked on it.
- Please bring a size 5 basketball (provided in the starter pack)
